Did you know...

The Sweet Pea Foundation mails acknowledgement cards (when requested) to let recipients know a donation has been made in their honor. Many make donations in honor of births, birthdays, anniversaries and also during the holidays for gifts. 100 percent of contributions received go toward programs that help sick children and their families. The Sweet Pea Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) as recognized by the Internal Revenue Service. Tax receipts are mailed out for each donation received by the Foundation. 

Holiday Gifts that Give


Looking for a unique Christmas gift for a person on your list that has everything? Consider a gift to the Sweet Pea Foundation in their name this holiday season. Just mail your donation and indicate that it is a holiday gift. Include the person's name and mailing address. The Foundation will mail a personalized note card to the recipient  acknowledging a gift has been made in their honor.

Matching Gifts


The Foundation regularly receives donations that are matched dollar for  dollar by the donor’s company. This is a wonderful way to maximize your  donation to the Sweet Pea Foundation. Check with your company to see if it offers matching gifts to charities. By making a matching gift, your donation has twice the impact!

United Way


The Foundation has several donors who give to the Foundation through United Way of America. United Way is the nation’s largest charity. It  offers donors the opportunity to designate a gift to a specific agency like the Sweet Pea Foundation. Giving through United Way enables donors to take advantage of payroll deduction, which is a convenient way to give. 

 Purchase Usborne Books 


The Sweet Pea Foundation is working with Usborne Books & More, a children's book publishing company. The award-winning books are available for purchase and each purchase you make will help generate free books for the Foundation. Books that are ordered will ship directly to the address of your choice. Collect Pop Can Tabs 


Please save your can tabs and recycle them at your local recycling center and donate the money to the Sweet Pea Foundation. Or donate the can tabs to the Sweet Pea Foundation and we will recycle them! The money raised will help support the operating expenses of Ronald McDonald House charities.
